How it works:

VSDC Program

1. Submit Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Requests for quotation may be sent to Bob Graves bgraves@unitedveterans.org, supervisor of the VSDC, and contact will be made within 24 hours to discuss the RFQ and determine that we understand the work requirements. Please include parts, drawings, schematics, parts or other material that may be helpful to properly quote the job. You may also suggest a target price if desired. In addition, one of our job developers can travel to your location to discuss the work with your staff. Once we determine our capability to do the work, we will prepare the quote as soon as possible.

2. Job Placement and follow up

Employers may contact the UVA directly, or Molari Agency if preferred. When contacting the UVA, please specify the type of position, shift/hours, and salary offered. UVA staff will make every effort to match the appropriate candidate to the job. Staff will assist in arranging support services such as transportation to encourage the best outcome for the veteran and employer.

When contacting Molari Agency for workers, please inquire if there are any veteran-candidates available. Candidates may be registered for employment at either Molari or the UVA.
